MOON PHASES CALENDARS & Current Solar X-Rays and Geomagnetic Field Readings from NOAA |
Theory exists that paranormal activities seem to be greatly influenced or enhanced by the geomagnetic field. The lunar cycles are shown to greatly impact the intensity of the earth's geomagnetic field. They appear to be the strongest around the full moon and new moon cycles. Many paranormal investigators consider that the best time to do a paranormal investigation is 2-3 days prior, the day of, and 2-3 days after a full moon or new moon. The calendars below display the approximate Moon phases for the given month. They are provided as a tool to plan for future investigation dates. |
Current Solar X-Rays and Geomagnetic Field Readings from NOAA |
There is a theory among some in the paranormal community that when these readings are high they seem to influence paranormal activity. The X-ray Solar status monitor downloads data periodically from the NOAA Space Environment Center FTP server. The previous 24 hours of 5 minute Long-wavelength X-ray data from each satellite (GOES 8 and GOES 10) is analyzed, and an appropriate level of activity for the past 24 hours is assigned. The Geomagnetic Field status monitor downloads data periodically from the NOAA Space Environment Center FTP server. The previous 24 hours of 3 hour Planetary Kp Index data is analyzed and an appropriate level of activity for the past 24 hours is assigned. It is only when periods of high readings are compared to instances of confirmed paranormal activity that a determination can be made regarding their direct relationship. |
